An Automated Chase Teller Machine is located in the Main Lobby of the Main Hospital
Au Bon Pain Café
Located at Westchester Medical Center on the first floor just beyond the Gift Shop. Hot and cold foods are served from 7 a.m. to 4 a.m., seven days a week.
Westchester Medical Center's main cafeteria, The Market Place Café, is located on the basement level of the Main Hospital, directly across from the visitor elevators. Hot and cold foods are served Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Snacks are available around-the-clock from vending machines conveniently situated throughout the Medical Center.
The Chapel is located next to the Burn Center. It is always open as a quiet place for meditation and prayer. The chapel is available for memorial services, weddings and special religious observances of all faiths. Special needs can be accommodated by calling the Chaplaincy Office at (914) 493-7125.
There are Gift Shops located on the first floor of the Main Hospital, just beyond the main lobby, and on the first floor of the Children's Hospital. Both shops carry newspapers, magazines, gift items and personal care products.
WiFi is available throughout the Westchester Medical Center campus.
Interpreter assistance is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For assistance during other times, please call (914) 493-8877 or contact the nurse or the Nursing Supervisor in the area where you are visiting.

There are several quiet outdoor gardens, one outside the Children's Hospital, and another off of the main floor in the University Hospital.
There are several shopping malls in White Plains which are easily accessible by car or bus from the hospital. Ask at the concierge desk for directions and bus schedules.
In Room - Most patient rooms have private bedside telephones available on a daily rental basis for outgoing (local) and incoming calls. To make calls from these phones outside the local calling area, you must charge the call to a phone card, your home phone or the person you are calling. The phones can be used without charge for calls to services located within the hospital. Please check with the patient you are visiting before using a phone located in their room.
Coin operated phones are located on every floor of the hospital near the visitors' elevators, in the Emergency Room waiting area and the main lobby.
